Sally Thompson is a fully qualified fitness trainer who specialises in pelvic floor safe exercises for women.
Sally has been conducting indoor and outdoor sessions in Gordon for 15 years and has a strong community commitment.

Sally can also provide personal training sessions. At Darnely Oval, Personal Strength, Zoom or at your home.
Sessions will help you reach your fitness goals, and can be designed to help you train for an event you've entered - or would like too!
Sally has competed in 1/2 marathons, Coastrek, Ocean swims, triathlons, plays golf and much more..
Classes
These classes are a designed to push you a little harder - and to take your fitness to the next level!
Each class will include strength training, cardio and endurance sessions, flexibility and balance exercises. All exercises are pelvic floor safe and designed to help exercise safely and to build your fitness in a safe and controlled environment.
These classes run each school term- with holiday sessions available too.
Pelvic Floor
Who is at risk of developing a weak pelvic floor?
Have had children
Going through or have gone through menopause
Have a family history of weak pelvic floors
Never exercise their pelvic floor
Are unsure they can correctly identify their pelvic floor muscles
Are unsure they can correctly perform pelvic floor exercises
Are or have been overweight
Lift heavy loads/weights
And/or exercise incorrectly.
Bone Strength
The Bone Strength class is for women who like low impact exercise. All exercises are Pelvic Floor Safe.
This Bone Strength class has been specially designed for women who are at any stage of menopause (+pre and post). It is a weight bearing and resistance exercise program for bone and muscular strength. Low impact cardio, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, balance and pelvic floor exercises. Perfect for helping to control weak pelvic floor issues. Enjoy exercising outdoors!
